1.  The intial step is to report the death of the loved to us via  a phone call and the next step is collection of the deceased  by   us or our partner funeral homes .
2. Initial Consultation: We begin by having an initial consultation with the family or loved ones of the deceased. This can be done through video conferencing or phone calls. During this consultation, we gather information about the deceased, discuss their wishes, and understand the family's needs and preferences.
3. Documentation and Legalities: We assist the family in completing the necessary documentation and legalities required for the funeral process. This includes obtaining the death certificate, permits, and any other relevant paperwork.
